Sierras Photos - Along the Parkway of the Sierras, officially known at Route 395, lies Bodie ghost town, Mono Lake and Travertine Hot Springs - among the most alluring and least-visited of California's attractions. Besides being free of charge, many of these spots are free of crowds as well. Perhaps best of all, the Sierras are easily accessible by car from both San Francisco and Los Angeles.
