Chiba Prefecture, surrounded on three sides by the sea, has a mild climate, warm in winter and cool in summer, thanks to the sea. Especially the Minamiboso coast even frost is rare in winter due to the warm current passing by in the Pacific Ocean. Chiba is blessed with nature and a has a great location adjacent to Tokyo but far enough away to remain rural.
