Nowadays, the garden is one of the most pleasant traditional Japanese garden in Tokyo. There are three big islands and a teahouse on the pond. You can enjoy hopping from one stone to another. As you amble around the shores and cross the bridges, you can admire the carp and curious turtles. A water source in a Japanese garden should appear to be part of the natural surroundings; this is why one will not find fountains in traditional gardens.
